Dionex Ion Chromatograph (Thermo Scientific)

There are two ion chromatographs (IC) in TSABAM available for the analysis of anions in TSABAM namely, Integrion and IC 3000 (Dionex, Thermo Scientific).  Both ICs are equipped with an autosampler, automated eluent (KOH) generator, post-column autosupressor,  and conductivity detector (CD). Chromatographic separations are carried out using hydroxide-selective Dionex ion-chromatography columns.

The IC can be used for the analysis of inorganic and polar organic anions in water or biological samples. The Integrion IC can be coupled with the MS (Q-Exactive Plus) for sensitive and reliable high-resolution IC-MS analysis.
